Placing an Order

When you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

You will have a chance to verify the information during checkout if no changes are necessary proceed to “Place Order”. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received.

Delivery time within the GTA is 2-3 days. Please, inquire about further locations.

Remember that Christmas is a busy season and some reasonable delays are expected. Ordering in advance is always the safest choice.

IF POSSIBLE, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO CHOOSE EMAIL TRANSFERS AS YOUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Due to the breakable nature of our products, we encourage you to save on shipping costs and pick up at our store. Remember that shipping is free if you order products by case from our standard collection.

 Due to the delicacy of the products, Arrangements and Hand-decorated must be picked up from the store. If interested in shipping, please contact us for special arrangements.

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

You can use the “Save For Later” feature to help you separate the items in your order. Simply move the item(s) you wish to ship to a different address into your save for later use. After completing checkout for your first address, return to your shopping bag and purchase the item(s) for your second address.

Repeat as necessary for multiple addresses.

Buy Online, Pick up at any of our partner stores

We don’t have a front street store at the moment. Our location is just a pick-up location, where you are welcome to come and visit to see the products of our collection in person. Purchases at the location are possible too. We welcome drop-byes, but appointments are preferred. Short notice? No problem! Just send us a message and we will get back to you right away

Picking up your online order at store or at any of our partner stores is free and easy way to get your favorites faster than shipping. Most orders will be ready for pickup within 2 hours.

You or your designated pickup person must pick up your order. Have your ID and confirmation email ready to show the store associate.

Orders made online and scheduled for In-Store Pickup will be held at the store If you have not picked up your purchases they won’t be reimbursed.

Please, bring your own reusable bags when you visit our store.

Can I select certain items to pick up and have others shipped?
Yes. You can do this at the online checkout by selecting In-Store Pickup for certain items and selecting your preferred shipping method for the rest.
Due to the nature of our products, we regrettably won’t accept returns.
